I am Yang Weixin, an attorney-at-law specializing in technology-related disputes, covering intellectual property, data assets, and AI-related controversies. I have represented cases across IP courts, provincial high courts, and the Supreme People's Court, with deep practical experience in patent infringement, trade secrets, data rights, and technology contract disputes. I also actively explore and apply AI to legal practice, knowledge management, and professional writing.
